"Dustin deserves the biggest reward for being the type of employee that makes a difference in the world, not just as an employee, but as a human taking care of another human being. He had a heart because I fell on hard times over a back injury and had been fighting for my compensation for over a month and was now late on bills and never had been before. Panicking about having to pay State Farm 4 days late and losing my insurance. Dustin came in and assured me like a parent hugging their child that he would not allow this to happen and assured me it would be ok People are so badly in this world right now and I am just so thankful that Dustin is in this world making it one day better.
